Head Brewer, Distiller & Master Pickler
Chance is the guy behind the scenes making all of our booze. He is an enthusiast of all things fermentation. Chance, also known as "Chance the Pickler" has been with us from close to the beginning. He's helped developed our beer and spirits program to what it is today.
Chef Brian joined our team in July 21 as our Executive Chef. His fine dining experience with a focus on locally sourced seasonal ingredients has revolutionized our menu into what it is today. You'll see a constant rotation of fresh, high quality dishes with a upscale casual, yet highly refined feel.
Bar Manager & Beverage Director
Sean was brought on board with us early April 21. Sean has well over a decade of upscale bartending and management experience. He built our craft cocktail program from the ground up using all fresh ingredients. He has carefully curated our beverage selection to work with our food & beer offerings. Sean is a Certified Cicerone Beer Server and has competed in various prestigious cocktail competitions.
Matt joined our team in July 21 along with Chef Brian. Close friends, they have worked together professionally for years. Matt had baked at high end establishments across the country. He immediately began dialing in our pizza dough, then mastered our sandwich bread, and now is on to developing other house baked specialties. Matt is an incredibly talented baker and can be found at our pop up markets selling his creations.
